This gentle Iyengar Yoga class is appropriate for seniors and anyone else looking for a gentle practice. Iyengar Yoga emphasizes alignment and structure and can be modified for many bodily limitations. Tuesdays, 9-10:15am.

This Gentle Level 1 class will focus on the foundation and welcomes brand new beginners and those new to the Iyengar method of yoga. Students will practice fundamental asanas and learn the essential actions within standing poses, seated poses, twists, forward extensions, backward extensions, and beginner inversions.
