Unwind from your day with an accessible yoga practice that incorporates all 8 limbs of classical yoga. Expect sitting, instruction on the breath, philosophy, and a well-rounded asana (poses) practice in every class. Strong emphasis on alignment and suiting the pose to fit the body. Beginners, those with different body sizes and limitations, and all genders and gender identities are welcome in this trauma-informed class.
Though class content is written to support the goals of the committed group members, drop-ins are welcome. Please contact Tiffany if you’d like to join this or future sessions; we would love to have you!
