Do you find it challenging to make time for yourself?

When you do sit down, you remember something else that needs to be done and you’re right back up running around?

The nervous system of those with ADHD or dysregulated nervous systems keep you going and when you sit…. you can’t relax! The brain isn’t accepting the signals which leaves you exhausted but always feeling like more needs to be completed.

Mood swings, mental health challenges, sensory overload, these are all very real things that affect everyday life, and it all starts with your brain and the wiring in your body.

Come enjoy a candle lit evening where I will guide you in very simple and easy to access yoga poses as we begin to merge our mind, body and soul which in turn regulates our nervous systems.

You can expect to partake in a bit of yoga to get us into our bodies, guided breathwork to calm, soothe and regulate the vagus nerve, guided energy work where I will teach you how to use your very own healing abilities with your chakras and we will end with a guided body scan in Savasana.

Please bring a water bottle and you’re more that welcome to bring your own mat, blankets, pillow, note pad for note taking, tea, crystal for grounding and tension ease or anything else that you feel would make you cozy and comfy!

The nervous system cannot calm and regulate itself if you’re not completely in your element.
