This gentle Iyengar Yoga class is appropriate for seniors and anyone else looking for a gentle practice. Iyengar Yoga emphasizes alignment and structure and can be modified for many bodily limitations.
This class is taught in a six week session format. This session runs November 19-December 31—NO CLASS 12/24.
You may pay by the class, $20 drop in, or by the session, $120.
