Join us for another warm community evening of chanting and connection! We are so excited to welcome musician and CIYT Sawyer Ward back to lead us in song!

Kirtan is call-and-response style chanting, typically set to music. It is a shared community practice that supports the Vishuddha (throat) chakra, paving the way for authentic self expression; honesty; and a clearer, calmer mind. Joining together in song is a powerful balm for breaking down walls of disconnection and loneliness.

No experience is necessary and all voices are encouraged (even if you don’t feel like you have a “good” singing voice!).
