Tech Neck, aka Forward Head Posture, what is it and why should we be concerned about it? In this workshop, we'll discuss what forward head posture (FHP) and upper crossed syndrome are and some typical contributing factors.
We'll identify muscular structures in the body that play a role in FHP and Upper Crossed Syndrome to help you gain a clear understanding of what muscles may need to be lengthened and strengthened to counter the impact of FHP.
We will get to to engage in a short yoga therapy practice designed specifically for FHP, so that you walk away with specific tools that you can use immediately in your day to day living.
