Before Qi Gong, there was Tao Yin, an ancient practice for health and vitality. Tao Yin incorporates stretch and flow to open the body's energy meridians.
In this session, we will learn about and practice the ancient Chinese art of Tao Yin. Tao Yin uses both stretch and flow to create deep opening of the energy meridians of the body. The practice is like where Yoga and Qi Gong meet.
The practice will incorporate standing movements and floor stretches/movements. (Please bring your own Yoga mat.) This session will work well for you if you are moderately mobile and can get up and down off of the floor with relative ease. The movements can be adjusted so you meet the practice where you are.
