Before Qi Gong, there was Tao Yin, an ancient practice for health. Tao Yin incorporates stretch & flow to open the body's energy meridians and build strength and flexibility in the body. It is a practice for Resilience.
This 90-minute session will incorporate standing movements and floor stretches/movements and will conclude with a seated or laying down meditation. It will leave you feeling both refreshed and renewed.
