In these committed monthly group training sessions, we practice moving in ways that improve coordination, enhance joint function, and develop strength—all with an eye of supporting the activities that you like to do in your daily life.
Though class content is written to support the goals of the committed group members, drop-ins are welcome. Please contact Tiffany in advance if you would like to attend. Cost floats with the membership of the group and the number of classes in a given session.
