Functional Movement Group Training
In these committed group training sessions, we develop multi-dimensional strength, coordination, and balance. Operating under a personal training model, class content is individualized to the groups’ members.

Gentle Level 1 Iyengar Yoga
This gentle Iyengar yoga class emphasizes developing strong structure and precise form to enhance spinal and full-body health. We focus on maintaining and increasing spinal length, then deeply explore asanas to strengthen the entire body. This class is especially beneficial for those with scoliosis or chronic back pain, as Sara brings years of expertise in addressing these conditions. Everyone is welcome to join and experience the transformative benefits of Iyengar yoga.

Gentle Iyengar Yoga
This gentle Iyengar Yoga class is appropriate for seniors and anyone else looking for a gentle practice. Iyengar Yoga emphasizes alignment and structure and can be modified for many bodily limitations.
Tuesdays, 9-10:15 am.

Beginner's Yoga
A simple, one-hour long asana practice for those new to Yoga or who desire a simplified class. Learn the basics of alignment in classical poses and develop body awareness to support your practice.
Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 pm

Hatha Yoga
This class incorporates all 8 limbs of classical Yoga into a practice that explores the nexus between body, mind, and spirit. Expect a well-rounded asana practice combined with sitting, philosophy, and breath.
Tuesdays 6-7:30pm; Thursdays 9-10:30am.

Kundalini Yoga
In Kundalini yoga, we harness the mental, physical and nervous energies of the body, and then put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. The technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudras, mantras, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and spirit.

Men's Stretching Group
An effective, full-body stretch out with good company and plenty of joking around with the guys. Leave with less pain. No experience required, come as you are!

Iyengar Restorative Yoga prioritizes the use of props to support the body in a deeply relaxed state. This allows for a more profound opening of the tissues and a sense of rejuvenation.

All Levels Iyengar Yoga
A vigorous 90 minute practice of beginner/intermediate asanas, with Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, Lisa Longton.
Lisa provides creative sequences which develop strength, increase flexibility, and enliven your energy. She has over 22 years of Iyengar Yoga experience, and her classes are appropriate for all, whether a beginner or more advanced student of yoga.
