Bring your extra soft blankets, a water bottle and feel free to bring a pillow!

You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat although we do have some at the studio for you to use.

Melissa will be slaying the sound bowls while I work on your Crown chakra with Reiki followed by a scalp massage while the incredible Aspen offers Cranial nerve work on the head!
