Practice moving well.
In these committed monthly group training sessions, we practice moving in ways that improve coordination, enhance joint function, and develop strength—all with an eye toward supporting the activities that you like to do in your daily life. On Wednesdays, we typically emphasize different components of strength, with such topics as linear strength, odd-position strength, loaded movement training, core and spinal stability rotating monthly or bi-monthly.
Committed group members pay in advance for the session. The cost varies with the size of the group and duration of the session, but typically works out to $21/session. Though class content is written to support the goals of the committed group members, drop-ins are welcome at a rate of $24/session. Please contact Tiffany in advance if you would like to attend.
