Practice moving well.
In these committed monthly group training sessions, we practice moving in ways that improve coordination, enhance joint function, and develop strength—all with an eye of supporting the activities that you like to do in your daily life. On Mondays, we practice a combination of core strengthening and loaded movement training.
This is week six of a six week session. Drop-ins are welcome. Please contact Tiffany if you wish to join subsequent sessions.
