This gentle Iyengar-style yoga class focuses on developing good structure and form in the postures to support spine health. Poses are held for a longer period than a flow yoga class to allow for exploration and development of the musculature needed for healthy practice. If your body has scoliosis or other asymmetries (i.e. leg length difference) or you work with chronic back pain, this class is designed for your needs.
