An all-levels group yoga practice featuring slow, gentle movement sequences to support health and well being. Class will feature a combination of standing and seated postures; emphasis will be placed on mindful movement and breath.
You may pay for the current series (typically one month of classes) or attend as a drop in for $20. Contact Laura (below) to register and pay.
