Functional Movement Group Training

Practice moving well.

In these committed monthly group training sessions, we practice moving in ways that improve coordination, enhance joint function, and develop strength—all with an eye of supporting the activities that you like to do in your daily life. On Fridays, we typically focus on neurological and cardiovascular fitness in addition to mobility.

These groups are designed for committed students paying on a monthly basis. The cost floats with the number of the students in the group and the number of classes in the month, but generally works out to $21/class. Though class content is written to support the goals of the committed group members, drop-ins are welcome at a rate of $24 per class. Please contact Tiffany in advance if you wish to drop in.
